WEB SITE FEATURES - 03/12/2007

Note that some of the features of the web site are under the Site Maintenance/Administration pages. Access to these items are found under the RESOURCES MENU and Site Maintenance choice. These pages are secured so you will have to login to the site to view the information or make changes.

At the login page, enter your call sign. If you don't know what the password is, just leave it blank and click the login button. The web site will send your password to your inbox. Wait a minute or two then refresh your inbox (send/receive for most people) to obtain the email containing your password. Then login using the password.

Once you are logged into Site Administration pages then you can view rosters and other infomation. If you are not authorized to get to certain sections then you will be notified on that web page.

Under the TEAM INFO page there is a My Profile choice. Here is where you can change your phone number, email address, and your password. In the near future we will be adding the ability to change your home address as well as other data we need to track for ARES/RACES purposes. Help us keep things up-to-date by registering your phone number and/or email address changes.

Click the EXIT menu item to return to the regular CCARES site. Note that the site will remember your access authorization for about 30 minutes or until you close down your browser program. You will have to relogin on your next visit.
