This morning, Tuesday, October 16th the TOP OFF 4 emergency exercise began. The ARES/RACES group was mobilized with stations at CRESA, RED CROSS and the HOSPITALS. An additional Red Cross Shelter was staffed with our group.
2M Frequencies in use are 146.84, 147.24, 147.32, and 145.23. 70cm frequencies are 443.925 pl 94.8; 443.975 pl 123.0; 440.775 pl 136.5 and memory channel 18 (146.595).
The exercise is expected to continue on Wednesday. We will have a summary write up of the entire exercise on this web site.
