North Fork Lewis River now at 23' 00" as of 14:45 PM and expected to rise above flood stage of 24' by later this evening. Appears Merwin Dam will begin spilling more water and the crest is expected at about 25.5 feet. Voluntary evacuation is now underway. - Randy Walter, K7LNR
