Overview: Passing formal ICS-213 and Radiogram messages is a basic skill which is at the heart of every emergency communications group. Every member should be able to send and receive messages accurately and with complete message tracking information.

Overview: This session will be a pre-exercise briefing about the upcoming “5th Saturday” exercise on Saturday, February 29th, 2020.
