Overview:
Packet radio remains is a viable digital messaging system in Clark County, and it augments our other digital radio capabilities. But, when was the last time you used “Handi-Card” channels CLRK 46 and CLRK 47 to practice on that system? This presentation will be a refresher on how to communicate via our packet system bulletin boards and digipeaters. It will cover basic TNC commannds and how to use the (optional) Outpost Packet Message Manager application to make packet radio easier.
