Times: 8:13 AM to 11:13 AM
Exercise Title: Zombies Rising
Exercise Scenario: This is an “all hazards” communications exercise, and will focus on driving to assigned locations within Clark County and sending incident situation reports, ICS-213 messages, and ARRL Radiograms.
Objectives:
1.
Team Leaders are able to receive team tasking via Winlink at the start of the exercise.
2.
Members follow state-mandated face mask and social distancing requirements.
3.
Members are able to activate a mobile radio unit (or accompany another member).
4.
Members who have APRS tracking capability activate it during the exercise.
5.
Members promptly visit all assigned locations and give incident situation reports.
6.
Each participant sends an After Action Report (AAR) to their Team Leader by Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
7.
Each Team Leader sends their team’s form EMD-078, and a consolidated After Action Report (AAR), to the EC by Friday, November 6, 2020.
Deployment Location(s): Within Clark County as assigned by the EC as part of exercise play. Because of COVID-19 precautions, this exercise does not include responses to established served-agency locations.
